Stamping Required if H1B visa valid AFTER h1 X'fer & re Entering USA?

HI RedBus,

I work for comp A and visa stamping valid till Dec 2013 .

I am currenty in USA but what if i have to transfer H1 and continue work for another employer in USA and need to visit India for vacation before Dec 2013? while reentering,say for Example in Feb 2013, do i need to go for stamping in india to reenter US ? 

I am getting conflicting answers since some web forums say yes & some say No..Appreciate your reply on this.

you get the h1b transferred and approved before coming to india. Then no need to go for stamping.
