I am in H1B working in USA for an Indian Employer. I would like to know that If I change the Employer and transfer my H1B to a new Employer and go to India for vacation.
Do I need to stamp the H1B visa for the new Employer when I come back from India ??
Else I can travel with the Old Employer visa validity(Until 2016) ??
It depends on POE officer. Some place they like to see both the current petioner and stamped visa has same petioner or not, they check their systems. If it’s updated with your current document you are fine and will issue a warning. But if their system shows any dicrepancy then you may have trouble convincing them. There are instances where old employer revoke the H1B and their system doesn’t gets updated with the new H1B employer.
