I am currently working on OPT and I have applied for OPT extension. Its been 80 days and I still haven’t heard about my OPT or received my EAD card. I want to go to India for an emergency and I cant till I hear something from the OPT. Since here is a new ruling about OPT extensions, should I stick around here till february and take the risk or go back and prepare myself for MBA because that is my plan eventually. What should I do?
Also my visa has expired so I plan on getting that renewed.
also I am just staying for visa. i am in a dead end job that is not helping my career.
