I am on H1-B visa. My office where I used to work got closed down due to COVID and we are asked to work from home. My home is 3 miles from my office.
We are assigned another office location which is 4 hrs (130 miles) in the same state for official purpose. The company will revisit next year whether my cities needs an office or not.
So in this scenario, should I submit a new LCA with my home address and the new office address assigned to me ?. Or can I just work from home (since my home falls under MSA) until my company decides for sure that my city won’t have an office space ?. Thanks in Advance.
