have my visa and i 94 valid till Nov29th 2019.
I have applied Amendment in 2017 May due to change of client and location.
My amendment got approved on July31st 2019 with validity date as July 20th 2019 which is past.
Now my employer asking me to leave the country, is there any way that i stay in USA, like by applying new extension or some amendment?
Well, technically you do not have a status now as it is dated to the back. Read Period of Authorised Stay vs Out of status.
You should leave now or work with an attorney and file for something like Nunc pro tunc and maybe file for a extension. You need to discuss with your attorney and see, if that is an option…otherwise you need to leave.
