Should i include all layers client letter while H1b transfer

I working for Employer A and now i got offer from Employer B (6 months contarct). i am trying to appy H1b Transfer through Employer C (desi cosultant). in between Employer B and C i have 2 more client (D & E).

 

My question is : while i am applying H1b on premium process should i include client B,D & E letters. Present i got client letter from employer E.

 

 

 

Clients relationship : B(Main Client)->C->D (Got letter)->E (desi consultant)

There is a STRONG possibility that this will get denied. This is EVVC model which has very low chances of success these days.

With regard to your original question, yes all intermediate contract letters are required.
