Should I apply under Masters quota?

Hi All,

Just a quick one. My employer plans to file my H1 under Master’s Quota. However, if the cap is reached and if my application does not get picked in the lottery, will it automatically get considered for regular application?

Please advise.

Yes I think , you will be automatically get considered in other quota.

Masters quota will have two chances, one along with masters quota applications… If not picked, they will be added to regular quota followed by lottery
