Should current pursuing degree be mentioned in DS 160 form?

I am graduting (phD) in December 2014 (my I20 expired May 2014) and I am appearing for H-1 B interview in July 2014. Should I include this informaiton in DS 160? If so, I am telling that I already have a degree.

Any comments on this?
