My client, after initial project tenure finished - extended project for just 3 months. So for now my project is extended till Mar 2021 only. I am confident that my project will extend further and my H1b petition is valid till Dec 2021 - so for now I won’t have to get any extension filed.
Now I am planning to visit India by Feb end for 1.5 to 2 months. I have changed my employer few months back and I understand that I am eligible for dropbox. Now the question is if I visit India and send the documents in the dropbox - can I be questioned for the short remaining tenure of the project or denied visa because of this reason?
Please advise.!
