Hi Community,
There is a problem with my account where the left hand side menubar is missing. I am unable to schedule the appointment. When I directly go to the schedule page (https://www.usvisascheduling.com/en-US/schedule), I am getting SGA01 error. I have also created 5 or more support tickets without any resolution.
Is there a phone support that I can call for this?
