can I sell used goods on eBay when on h1b ? how else can I get rid of stuff ?

You may sell your personal stuff as far as it is not a daily routine turning into a part time business.
Also if you are selling for profit, you may have to report it to your income while filing taxes.

regarding this…whether I am selling my personal item for less than the price I bought it for or not…I am still gonna get 1099-k from eBay…so I have to report to IRS either way right ?
