I Got admit and visa in VIU university for summer programme but due to health reasons i deferred it to Fall semester and received i20 recently but due to unplanned family reasons iam unable to attend for Fall also and for sure i will attend for spring programme so am i eligible to deffer for the second time? and also i got visa in june 2014 should it creates in any problems if i attend during spring?
some people are telling that we should go to USA with in 5 months after we get visa is it correct?
please suggest me as soon as possible which helps me alot.
