Hello all, im a seaman from the Philippines, my C1d visa was placed under administrative process since july 2017, i wasnt able to join the vessel and was unemployed fir more than a year,it was very stressfull experience for me with a family and two daugthers, my visa is still under this process up to now, is there any thing i can do to have C1D visa again? Can i re apply even if its still under admi process? Thank you for all the answers,
Usually the administrative processing is invalid after 1 year. They would have given you a paper or slip with some details on it. Check that…You can try and apply again. Check with attorney to be safe.
