Scheduling Appointment in new Site

Hi Team,

Greetings!! We need to book 1 H1B and 2 H4 appointments next year. Also we are ready with DS 160’s and navigated to new site, tried to edit applicant’s info am gettin the message as “Applicant’s info locked”. Can some one pls help me here on how to resolve this.
