Savings in H1B and risk moving from consultancy to another company

Hi All,

My name is picked in the h1b lottery, applied by consultancy from india. they asked to pay $5000 for processing fee.
The salary ratio is 70% and 30%. I have to work 2 years with that consultancy.

I am earning $1500 per month in inida and 4 members in family. My expense is $600 Per month.

The consultant said that the salary would be around NET $8333 per month ( $10000 Per year), Tax around 1700 ( 20% might be florida) & consultancy cost ( $2500 ).

The GROSS salary would be around $4200.Based on search on internet, the monthly expenses would be around $3000.

My question are can i break the agreement between me and consultancy after 6 months?do i have to pay to consultancy?
Do i have to pay to USCIS whenever location change or client change from my pocket? and any other charges to pay from my side.
I have a lot of career gap and worked in a small companies and don 't have experience certificate during that period. will it affect to take decision
