I was working for client A and applied h-1b extension , which was approved, later i moved to client B with in 10 miles , no amendment was filed just LCA was reposted , becuase its in same MSA , now i am attending visa interview , in DS160 which details i need to fill client A or Client B ? If it B then Will the VO accept the client B details with out an LCA?
Hi did you go for visa stamping . Was everything ok. I m also in the same scenario. Same employer. Client changed from A to B within same msa. No LCA or amended filed. Gng for stamping
