I have a question regarding salary increase before filing PERM application. My employer is currently working on my PERM application. The have used 72-77k salary range for the recruitment part of PERM. They are ready to file the perm application but my salary is now above 72-77k range as a result of year end raise. I want to know if my salary increase will be a problem for my PERM application? Please share your experiences.
