My L2S visa is expiring on October 10 and I was asked to go abroad and enter to get stamped using my spouses visa and marriage certificate(my spouses L1 visa is extended till March 2027), I am in Oregon State and can I cross border at peace Arch, blame by land border into Canada and enter USA and entering get my visa stamped/ extended? (1) Is this possible (2) what is the process involved (3) what documents are needed(4) do I need Canada visa , just to enter at the border and exit and(had anyone done this recently and experience(5) any do’s and don’ts, thanks in advance
If your spouse visa extended automatically yours also should be extended right? , you did not added iyour name in the beneficiary?
