I am having 10+ years of exp in IT and more than 3 yeras of exp in USA. I am planning to transfer my H1 to a small consulting company(2-3 resources on their payroll, but 13 years of track record, 2 successful green cards till now…no denial for H1 and Green card)…
Incase I need to visit India after coming on that small consulting company’s payroll…will there be any risk for my visa stamping that time…as small consulting company doesn’t show big transactions?
