Hi Vishal…Did your employer received package? mine is still in RFE response review and i think the delay is due to gov shutdown…is your package delivery affected due to this?

Hi Satnam my employer has received the package and he has sent those to me too. My Stamping is on oct 25th… USCIS has no effect with shutdown, that is not impacting H!B petition Process… however it implacts oonly for LCA…

I have to wait for approval package, then i can decide on that, i think it may take 2-3 weeks.
