I’ve got an RFE in the month of Aug’15 & my employer responded back to USCIS with the required documents in the month of Oct’15 & my case status changed to ‘Response to USCIS’ Request for Evidence Was Received’ and it’s been more than 4 months & there is not update on my case.
Can you please let us know what is the maximum time USCIS takes to respond on a case.
My employer planning to file the H1B for the year 2017 will it have any impact on my pending case. Thanks
