I filled my H1b transfer petition in nov 2014 , I submitted my RFE response on march 19th 2015.
Last status updated on USCIS site is " on March 19 , 2015 we received your response to our request for Evidence for your form I-129".I suppose to get response by May19- 2015 but haven’t heard anything back from USCIS. I have submitted required document like client letter , employer employee relationship etc.
What are my option to get the Response ? what can be my legal status …Jordan

Give it some time. A request for evidence response is a legal document and USCIS does a very detailed review to make sure they are not making a mistake in their decision. 4-6 months is a normal wait time.

Tx Sandeep for Response. I raised service request but result is same. What are my option if they don’t approve my H1b company transfer. I am hopeful that it will approve cause I submitted employee - employer relship and client letter , vendor letter etc. but to prepare my self due to know my option if my company transfer gets rejected.

Hi Sandeep,
I got response for service request . they said “Your petition is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your petition.”
how should I take this response from USCIS … I read that once time frame is stretch for 4-6 months your chances are more of getting denial. my case is for h1 transfer.
please advice what are my options now.

Hello ,
I have submitted my application for h1b transfer in Nov-2014. Received RFE in Feb -15 about client letter and employer -employee relationship. submitted all Require document but still haven’t received response.
Raise three service request but still waiting for Response.
Is it advisable to upgrade to Premium processing ?
Do I have to submit all my document again for Premium Processing ?
what are my options ?
