RFE Response review Delayed for long time..

Why this is getting delayed for me? If getting delayed means, any issues in RFE Docs?

History of my Petition:



1. It was filed on APR 01 2013.



2. Status changed to RFE on SEP 29 2013



3. Status changed to "RFE Response Review" on OCT 31 2013

Mine one is also same case. Waiting for decesion from 27th Sep 2013. RFE was responsed on time. please let me know if status changes for your case.

Hello , My h1b petition stuck in RFE response review since Oct 24,2013. Some of my firends for whom RFE was applied at later date like 30 Oct got approved . Is it more likely , longer the wait , greater the chances of denail ? I assume only 5 to 6% of petition would be available for decision.

My RFE was on education evaluation. Thanks in advance.

Hi Vijay,

Mine is also RFE response review status from jul 30.Nothing like that… they denied applications starting from April itself.I checked by entering some random numbers.Lets hope for the best.

My RFE was on project documents.
