My transfer was filed by company A with normal processing in September 2017 and I joined company on reciept EACXXXX.
Later in December 2017 in company A my project got changed and my ammendment was filed in PP, reciept WACXXXX.
RFE came for ammendment WACXXXX, but after 2 days RFE status started showing on EACXXXX (the transfer one).
Though my employer is working on responding the RFE, but from last one month RFE status is showing on EACXXX and for ammendment with PP WACXXX it keep showing “Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed”.
I wanted to ask, the RFE response will be considered to WACXXX or to EACXXX
