Hi,
I work in a renouned US MNC. My H1B petetion was submitted on 24th april 2013. I got RFE on 9th september 2013.
They asked for SOW, client letter, manager letter & a set of questionair, all of which my company submitted within the said timeline.
Acc to uscis, they reply within 60 days, which is within 9th november 2013.
Its almost going to be 2 months now but there is no change in status. I'm really tensed about my case & almost lost all hopes.
[b]My questions are:-[/b]
1) Does this delay means denial?
2) Is there any ray of hope?
