RFE Response delay Impact

Hi All,

Picked in second lot and got RFE mid of Dec 2021, yet to recieve Hard copy of RFE,
understood Either attorney or employer will assist in replying RFE, but if I opt for normal processing and delayed further meanwhile if uscics reaches required 85k petition’s, hence most ppl picked in 2nd, 3rd lot opting for premium processing heard tht mine petition will be in hold forever

please advise as mine employer not willing for premium

If you already submitted your petition, your application will be counted against the cap so you don’t lose your spot if someone else is premium processing.
