RFE recieved ...need to re-submit latest h1 b paper &Paystubs

Hi Saurabh,

I have recieved an RFE to submit my husband H1B latest paper/doc's and paystubs.



I am on H4.



[b]Could you let me know what all papers we need to submit , although attorney would be knowing it but to be double sure need your assistance.[/b]



What you think is this RFE good to go for an approval post we respond it?

They want to see if you are in valid H-4 status, which in turn is determined from H-1’s status.

You need to submit his I-94 copy, 797 copy, most recent payslips, W-2 and even an employment letter from his employer. This looks like an easy RFE if you have those documents.
