USCIS Received my file on June 7th 2012, My case is a status change from h4 to H1,
I hold a Masters Degree in HR and had around 8 years of exp in Recruitment back from my home country.
I received an RFE on Oct 9th 2012, what is the probability of getting my approved H1 and process time for this.
Can anyone help me pls?
