My H1B visa application accept and i get RFE on june 25th. now my employer want to submit all doc request by USCIS close date of timeline given by USCIS. please guide me how many chance are getting H1B visa? or i have to submit ASAP.
Its always better to respond to the RFE notice ASAP.
