I got RFE on my H1 transfer, I already started working in the new company, almost 3 months.
My old !797 is valid till 2017 , and I94 printed with I797 is valid till 2017
1, What if RFE turn to a reject?
2, Is it possible for me to change the JOB at this time? ( seems my employer is not so serious on the RFE)
3, It something bad happened, I will be able to stay here and find a job soon ? if so within how many days?
