RFE last year and case is denied and applied this year my h1b is picked in lottery.

last year my H1B case is denied in RFE stage and not approved.This will impact with current H1B which is picked in lottery.And if approved, visa officer will raise any questions on the last year application.

And in USCIS I see the last year WAC***** case number still exist.
