Please help me out in preparing the job duties for the Architect position need your suggestions on how to draft it.

I have master degree in CS, have 8+ years of experience.

The SOW is valid for 1year (from Jan 2019 to dec 2019), and it will be renewed every year. Will my RFE get approved if i submit the SOW with 1year validity and should the SOW or MSA contain the role for which the RFE was raised??

what addition documents can be submitted along with the 1year SOW for getting RFE approved.

Your Attorney is the best person to help you on this. I do not think it is a good idea to pick up something online and submit randomly something. Your attorney knows your Job code, the position, so work with them and then submit relevant documents accordingly.

Hi @kiran8049,

My case is exactly like yours. Can you please tell me what was your outcome of RFE?
Also what all documents you suggest that need be submitted as per the best of your knowledge.
Thanks in Advance.
