What are chances that I would receive an RFE for the fresh H1b Cap. This is the first time I have applied for H1B but I have visited US on Business trip multiple time, but stayed never stayed more than a month.
It is very hard to give a generic answer that you will get RFE. Everything depends on the Job, your profile, SOC code, etc. Your stay in US or trips have no impact on the RFE as they have no impact or influence on the RFE.
