I have bachelors degree in electrical engineering. Have all my 15+ career after degree in Software Development. Applied for H1B this year. Have RFE to justify degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering as good for Specialty Occupation as Software Developer Position. How the RFE may be responded. Please help
