I have resigned a job after getting my approval for L1A in India before entering to the US. However, I’m now willing to rejoin to the same company and accept US offer if employer agrees. Does it affect my green card process?
No, green card has nothing to do with your current non-immigrant L1B status. GC job is a future job offer.
