we apply ds160 for B2 visa with my spouse but we paid visa fee individually. when we book appointment and add my spouse with joint appointment but portal did not accept. then after we mail support@ustraveldocs. and they review my application and told me your receipt is active and has not tagged to any profile. we request that you update the recept number maually in step 8 of the appointment scheduling procedure.
We update my profile and add by name but do not add my spouse for joint appointment and error generate is UNABLE TO ADD APPLICANT BECAUSE SOME OR ALL INFORMATION YOU ENTERED BELONGS TO ANOTHER APPLICANT.
So please suggest me what can i do for joint appointment
