Can someone help me out here? Yesterday I saw my H1 B Visa was approved. I was all happy and celebrating. But Today when I checked the status it says the following
"We reopened this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER on October 11, 2012, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. We also mailed you a notice describing the next steps in the process. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Our review should be completed within 30 days. ....
For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations."
I am in no clue as to why how and why me? Had anyone seen this before?
Does this mean my Approval is still pending?

This may happen if USCIS discovered something after approving the previous petition. Depending upon what they found, they may issue RFE, kept it approve or issue NOID.
