Renewal of expired H1B VISA(without even travelling once) from UK which got stamped in INDIA

I had an H1B VISA that got stamped in INDIA in 2013. I could not travel to U.S within an year as I got an immediate role to be played in UK and my H1B Visa got expired. Currently I am residing in UK and would like to know the procedures to renew my H1B VISA from here. Need your guidance on this. Still I am with the same employer.

The process is similar to what you went through. Only real difference is that you are cap-exempt so you can apply at any time.
