My husband working under H1B- visa having SSN and IDP from India.He applied for driver license and went for the appointment but they rejected his form due to some changes in his DOB.His DOB is 11.09.1985 but in DMV office they said its reflecting wrongly and visit again after 30 days like that, how come is this possible ? please clarify us in this regard.
What’s the DOB you mentioned in SSN form and in 797?
Did you swap the month and the day as US as mm/dd/yyyy format.
