Regarding USICS SR response

After 100 days of RFE, my employer raised SR with USCIS and got the below status:

Our records show that your I-129 is currently pending adjudication.We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay.

Can any one please tell me will this gets approved?

RP has not set processing time. It can take few to several months. Upgrading to PP is the only way to force USCIS to process it within a fixed time period (unless it is stuck ins security review).
