I have a query on multiple visas… my wife’s H1B is under administrative processing (221g)… though we have provided all the required documents, there is no response from embassy from past 8 months.
Meanwhile, my org started my L1 blanket Visa process. Now, my wife will be L2 dependent.
Will there be any probing questions during visa interview in this scenario… any one with similar situation…
Should be no issue as L2 is dependent visa.
