Regarding RFE, List of Evidence needed

Hi all,

I have received RFE, i has around lisf of 7 required Evidences, Genarraly how many question or Eveidence the need, i know that it depend on Case to case but … what can be the complexity of RFE.

Pick a number b/w 1 and 100. That many documents can be asked by USCIS, if not more.

There is no point fishing when you don’t have a pole. Wait for the RFE notice to be received and then you will know what is being asked for and whether it is an easy RFE or not.

BTW, if you know that there are 7 items asked, then you should know what those items are.
