Regarding NOID Issue

I want to know why few folks need to suffer for fraud cases even if it’s not their mistake as many people would like to go to the US for the job. However, due to consultancies that take money from people and commit fraud, innocent people are suffering.
The US should ban consultancies not people as it’s not their mistake.
People spend a lot of money to go to the US and due to fraud cases committed by their consultancies they are suffering.
At least such people should get one more chance by USCIS instead of revoking their H1B visa.
Also, if the system has had loopholes in the past then they should consider previous cases as well and give innocent people a chance to be in the US and work as on contract people are getting less salary which is not sufficient to feed their family.
It’s a dream of many Indian people to go to the US and work and lead a better life but due to loopholes in the system and false consultancies people are suffering.

USCIS expects that the H1B beneficiary must vett the employer for a bonafide H1B job. If the employer commits a fraud, unfortunately the H1B beneficiary is considered part of the perpetrators.

Yes, you are correct but if a person doesn’t know the background behind getting their application accepted, how can they verify?
It’s a loophole in a system only where consultancies can file multiple applications.
This year, they removed the multiple application option so that only genuine people would be selected.
