i passed MCA in 2005 i have gap of 5yrs after education and 5yrs exp in IT no gap in experience , i want to apply for this year H1B . my questions are
1 what should i tell about this gap
2 should i mention this gap even in attorney education evaluation or just need to mention my experience
3 does any sponser accept my profile for H1B

please guide me

  1. Tell the correct reason, whatever it is. You were taking break, personal issues etc

  2. You will have to mention dates in your resume, and that should be enough. The gap is ok and doesn’t impact adversely. So no need to hide it or lie about it

  3. You will have to do your own search to find a good employer
