Hi All,
In 2013 I’ve applied for H1b and it got approved. But due to some reasons employer has reverted back the application. My question would a different employer would be able to help me out with the old application. I don’t have any documents from my previous employer, not even the approved receipt. Could anyone suggest on this please. I just want to get an idea before I proceed.
The above question was answered earlier that I can go ahead with the new employer and If I can give the receipt number that should be good enough.
Could you also please let me know as how to go, as I don’t have any documents from my previous employer. Just a Receipt number and No documents. Not even the Revoked application mail.
Please suggest this is very important for me.
Its very important for me so please can some one answer this for me.
Thank You.
Thank You.
If you have your approved receipt number then you can download your approved PDF doc from the USCIS site. Then your new employer attorney will take care how to proceed further… there is some explanation has to be provided to USCIS along with notarized copy and some self-explanatory….
Thanks, I have the approved receipt number. But my employer due to some personal reason he has withdrawn the application. Now the status of the application shows as Application has been revoked. Here is the receipt number which I got in 2013 EAC1314651103. Do let me know if this application can be reopened or not.
Receipt Number: EAC1314651103.
Please respond. Thank You.
Once the immigration service ( USCIS) receives a written request to withdraw, it will lead to the automatic revocation of the petition , as per my knowledge Once it is Revoked… i hope there is no way to reopen… Attorney might be best choice to comment on this…
In that case the receipt number is of no use as it has already been revoked…have you ever heard if any application that was revoked by one employer and the same application has been reopened by another employer…Thanks
