I am in India and want to inquire about H1B transfer is possible in the below scenarios -
SCENARIO 1
A candiadte is Applying H1B visa thru a consultant A , in case the candidate name is picked in the lottery and the consultant A does the stamping in the moth of october in correspondence to a LCA posting. after stamping if the candidate prefers to transfer the H1B visa to current employer (working in India) lets say XYZ , is this possible? if yes, what all documents are required ?
The candidate has not yet traveled to US based on the LCA posted by the consultant A during stamping
SCENARIO 2 - The petition was filled by Consultant A, but after lottery success, the candiate current employer in India XYZ want s to get visa stamped in october, is this feasible?
