I have a query- I work in a MNC and have around 8 Years of experience. Current company i have 3 Years and previous company i have 5 Years exp. My previous company is a start up company and is no longer exists now. I would like to know If i have applied for H1 B Will the USCIS will be doing any Background verification for my 1st Company.

They do the background check when they are not sure about the authenticity of work experience; otherwise they don’t.
You have around 8 years of work experience, and I don’t think they will do background check in your case (just an assumption though). Still if it gives you any comfort, you can mention that the company is closed (which is normal) and include contact information of your old manager (if you have it).
