I have applied for an EB3 green card through my previous employer ‘A’ with priority date september 2013 & got I140 approved. In 2020 I have switched job to employer ‘B’. My new employer is taking time in filing Perm & hence I can’t use the present window of EAD apply using my 2013 priority date. Is there any other way you can help me apply for EAD without my new employer’s approval?
