Hi,

I have came to US on 25-Feb-2017 and my visa getting expired in Oct-2017. After a month, I have moved from one client to another client in same location. So our immigration team has mentioned that only LCA posting can be done as it was commuting distance. Now, I have to raise a dependent Visa for my Spouse, Will the recent LCA affect raising dependent Visa? With which petition my Spouse can travel to US? Please shadow some insight on this.

H-1 amendment is not required if the new location is in the same MSA. If the attorney reviewed the case and made that judgment, then it should be fine. No impact on H-4 visa.
