my h1b is filed on april 9 th.still it is under initial review.when can i expect the decision?saw in forum tat for two to three people in forum has been approved?usually how uscis will process the petition,filed on the same date?
there is no requirement that uscis will approve two petitions filed on the same day, at the same time. If you feel concerned, you can always upgrade to premium processing.
And what is the cost and time needed to convert it to premium please?
